The company was founded in 2010 by Chris Won, a General Contractor with more than 20 years of experience in the industry who personally oversees all construction projects. Greentech Development specializes in Commercial Retail, Residential, Apartments, Energy Efficient Homes, Restaurants, Tenant Improvement and Higher Education Projects. Greentech Development delivers a broad spectrum of services to include but not limited to New Construction, Remodels, Additions, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Solar Energy. Greentech Development provides an array of services throughout the following geographical areas: Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Bernardino, Riverside.
